Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, optional name, and password hash. We store account credits, purchase records, video job status, and the image references and output links needed to provide the service.
Photos and generated videos
Uploaded photos are sent to the configured storage or video provider to process your request. In local development, uploads may be stored under the local public uploads directory. In production, configure Vercel Blob for durable file storage; without it, the prototype stores image data with the video job record. Generated output links are saved in your account history. Contact support to request deletion of your account data and stored media.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers and email
We use Neon Postgres for account and job records, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for account emails when configured, and a video provider selected by the site operator. Provider settings may change as the service develops.
Cookies and security
Authentication uses secure session cookies. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Never share your account password.
Retention and your requests
We retain account records, credit history, job metadata, and media links while they are needed to operate the service. Email [email protected] to ask a question or request deletion.
Updates
We may update this policy when the service changes. The date above will reflect the latest revision.
